Post entry limitations, helmet requirements, and authorized personnel indicators near gates and temporary barriers to control movement.

Select PDF or SVG layouts to preserve sharp edges during output on standard office devices; set scale to 100% and disable page fitting to avoid distortion.

  • Mount on rigid backing for wind resistance
  • Laminate for moisture and dust exposure
  • Position between 4.5 and 6 feet from ground level

Rotate visuals weekly in long-term zones to maintain attention and replace any sheet showing fading or tears.

Downloadable Worksite Safety Notices

Select ready-made hazard notices formatted for A4 or Letter output with thick line icons and limited text; choose black-on-yellow for general risk alerts and red-on-white for prohibitions to meet common site rules.

Use vector PDFs to keep edges sharp after output, set scale to 100%, and choose 200–250 gsm paper or light cardstock; add lamination for rain and dust, then mount on rigid backing to prevent curling in wind.

Place each notice 4.5–6 feet above ground, repeat every 25–50 feet along access routes, and replace sheets showing fading or tears; rotate designs weekly on long-term projects to maintain attention and reduce overlook.
